Staging and scenic design include sightline studies, proper positioning of the stage & excellent stage access from within the space. The desired architectural feel of the room has to be balanced with functionality. Determinations about ceiling structure and design are critical to acoustics, aesthetics, future capabilities and your budget. We evaluate the stage surface itself based on the needs of the environment. We look for ways to direct the attention appropriately through color choices, light-able surfaces, natural light, set treatments and material selection. We work to build depth and dimension into the room in multiple ways while always trying to create sets that can be altered or used in different fashions for versatile options.
